This year marks the 71st edition of the St. George's School Fair taking place at the Junior School on Saturday, May 4th from 10:00 am–4:00 pm.

Connect with the community from all around the galaxy and experience a cosmic adventure that promises to be out-of-this-world! Let gravity pull you around the Fairgrounds and enjoy timeless booths like the Cakewalk and Midway Games, plus a few blasts from the past like Gift Baskets and the Fashion Boutique.

From the cosmic melodies at the Bandstand featuring our talented students to the gravitational pull of the Grads & Dads Barbecue serving up celestial delights, every attraction promises to provide intergalactic fun for the whole family!

  • AFTER FAIR MERCHANDISE PICKUP

    Don’t miss the After Fair Merchandise Pickup Day or your items will be donated to another planet! Pull up to the Junior School campus along W. 29th on Saturday, May 11th between 10:00 am–1:00 pm at your pre-reserved time.

    With some assistance from our hardworking volunteers, we will be offering drive through service and will deliver your order(s) straight to your car. The contact and order details you provided on the sign-up form including the confirmation order number will be needed at pickup. Please ensure your trunk is clear and ready to receive your items.

  • ALUMNI PARENTS, LOST & FOUND, AND FIRST AID

    If you are looking to travel back in time and connect friends from years past, please find us at the Alumni Parents Booth. Located to the east of Harker Hall, we’ll be stationed there throughout The Fair to answer questions. 

    This year, we will also be the place to track down Lost & Found items (sometimes kids!), and for First Aid.
  • AUCTION

    It's Time To Bid! 

    The St. George’s School Fair Auction is LIVE. It's time to out-bid your friends and family for some highly-coveted items such as specialty wines, gift cards, experiences and more.
     
    Featured items include dinner with Mr. David Young, Head of School; a parking spot for a year at the new Senior School; VIP Grad Tickets for any year; a getaway at Wedge Mountain Lodge in Whistler; and much more!

    The Auction closes at 10:00 pm on Fair Day, Saturday, May 4th. Auction items will be available for pickup at the Junior School on Saturday, May 11th, one week after The Fair. A signup link will be provided to the lucky winners after the Online Auction closes.

  • ENTRANCE TICKETS

Along with Fair entry tickets, you can pre-purchase Galaxy Fair Bucks for all of the stellar attractions like our Food Court, Midway, Upper Field Games, Obstacle Course, Cake Walk, and so much more!
     
    Maximize your interstellar adventure with cosmic bundled savings when you purchase all of your Galaxy Fair Bucks in advance! The Gateway to the cosmos is through the Main Gate at the centre of the Junior School along W. 29th Avenue.

    Pick up for pre-ordered tickets will be on Wednesday, May 1st from 2:30–4:30 pm in the Junior School staff parking lot. Otherwise, head to the Will Call Booth to pick them up on Fair Day

    Please note: Credit and debit cards will only be accepted on Fair Day at the Galaxy Bucks Booth, and for purchasing items at the following booths: Student Art, Used Uniforms, Gift Baskets, Fashion Boutique, and Plants.
  • FOOD, RIDE, AND GAME TICKETS

    Pick-up of Galaxy Bucks for food, rides, and games will be on Wednesday, May 1st from 2:30–4:30 pm at the Junior School Staff Parking Lot. 

    There will be a 10% discount for all Galaxy Bucks bundles pre-ordered before April 24th.

    If you are unable to attend on this date, you can pick up your vouchers at Will Call on the day of The Fair.
  • PIES

    The Pie Booth is making a stellar return to The Fair, featuring irresistible pies crafted by The Pie Hole using top-tier, locally sourced ingredients. Pick up your pies on Wednesday, May 1st at the Junior School. 

    Whether you cosmically crave sweet or savoury, prefer fresh-baked, frozen, or vegan, the Pie Booth has got you covered.

    Whether you're an earthly gardener or a space-faring horticulturist, the Plants Booth promises an unforgettable journey into the universe of plants.

    Embark on a galactic garden adventure and order your plants online!  Explore a universe of choices with bedding plants, hanging baskets, planters, and orchids. Place your order here before Wednesday, April 24th, and pick-up your plants at the After Fair Merchandise Pick-Up day on Saturday, May 11th. Additional details will be emailed to you.

    Volunteers are always needed before, during, and one week after The Fair!

  • VOLUNTEER ENTRANCE

    All parent and student volunteers must enter The Fair grounds from the Wallace Street Gate Entrance with their complementary online ticket. 
     
    Parent Volunteers: Volunteer coordinators will be at the entrance to check you in and direct you to your volunteer location. There is an additional parent volunteer tent on the upper field.
     
    Student Volunteers: Students should check in for their shift at the Student Volunteer and Information Tent, located in front of Harker Hall, just before the food court.
