Ticketing Information

Welcome, friends and families! Online ticket sales for The Fair will begin on Wednesday, April 1st. Along with Fair Entrance Tickets, you can pre-purchase Fair Bucks for all of the enchanting attractions like the Dads & Grads Barbecue, Midway, Upper Field Games, the Cake Walk, and so much more!

Please Note: On Fair Day, credit and debit cards are appreciated over cash for all sales requiring money. A few booths may also accept Fair Bucks for payment, such as Dads & Grads Barbecue, Pizza Booth, Midway Treats, and the Cake Walk.

Maximize your time exploring The Fair’s wonders by buying your Fair Day Entrance Tickets and Fair Bucks in advance! Pick up of pre-ordered tickets will be on Wednesday, April 22nd from 2:30– 4:30 pm at the Junior School Parking Lot. Otherwise, head to the Will Call Booth to collect them at The Fair.

NOTE: Guest Entrance

The gateway to enchantment for all of our guests is through the Main Gate at the centre of the Junior School along West 29th Avenue.

NOTE: Volunteer Entrance

All parent and student volunteers must enter The Fairgrounds from the Wallace Street Gate Entrance with their complimentary online ticket.

Parent Volunteers: Parent coordinators will be at the Wallace Entrance to check you in and direct you to your volunteer location.

Student Volunteers: Students should check in for their shift at the Student Volunteer and Information Tent, located in front of Harker Hall, just before the Food Court.

Getting To The Fair

Bike Valet

Pump up those tires, push the pedal to the pavement, and bike to The Fair! As always, The Fair has a complimentary and secure Bike Valet provided by the Scouts and Venturers. No lock? No problem! There are always two legendary guardians on duty, keeping a close eye on your favourite two- or three-wheeler. Ride on!

Traffic & Parking Guidelines

Please be mindful of neighbourhood parking regulations and street parking. We kindly ask all visitors to respect signage, avoid blocking driveways, and follow directions from volunteers to help keep traffic flowing safely for everyone.
